By accessing or using BadgerSignal, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BadgerSignal provides AI-assisted product opportunity analysis, including staged task processing, generated report content, opportunity scoring, and optional exports (PDF and Google Docs).

The service aims to produce up to 300 opportunities per analysis, but output count and quality may vary by input and system conditions.

We may update, add, or remove features at any time.

A valid Google sign-in is required for core features. You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.

To protect system stability, we may enforce technical limits such as one running analysis task per user at a time.

You retain ownership of your input content. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transform that content only as needed to provide and secure the service.

You represent that you have rights to submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

Analysis results are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, bias, or outdated information.

Outputs are for informational and product research purposes only and are not legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

You must not use the service for illegal activity, abusive automation, security attacks, unauthorized data collection, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Certain functions rely on third-party services (such as Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, DashScope, Google APIs, Redis/BullMQ, Sentry, and Vercel Analytics).

Your use of those integrations is also subject to each third party's terms and policies.

The platform, code, workflows, design, and trademarks of BadgerSignal remain our property or our licensors' property.

Subject to these Terms, you may use your generated reports for internal or commercial evaluation, at your own risk and subject to applicable law.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, misuse, or legal compliance reasons.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the service operator, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
